Kitchen Door Refresh is a small, family run business based in Highcliffe, on the Dorset–Hampshire border. We’re not a call centre, a franchise, or a big renovation company — we’re husband and wife Craig and Steph, together with co-founder Will, and this is our business.

Co-FounderSteph left corporate life to build the family business and find a better work-life balance, bringing her customer service and problem-solving skills to every job. She’s always happy to project manage and guide you through the process, freeing up more of your time along the way.
Will
Co-FounderThe numbers man behind the scenes, Will’s just as happy to turn his hand to the heavy-duty labour side of the business too. He brings a wealth of experience across the board that we simply couldn’t do without.
Why We Do This
We started Kitchen Door Refresh because we kept meeting people paying full-renovation prices for kitchens that just needed a fresh face. A tired kitchen doesn’t always mean you need a new one — sometimes it just means the doors, the worktops, and the handles have had their day. So we built a business around doing that one thing brilliantly.
When you call us, you’re speaking to one of us, not a script. We’ll always give you an honest opinion — including telling you if a full refit really is the better option for your kitchen, because sometimes it is, and we’d rather say so upfront than sell you something you don’t need.
